These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the silverwolf.software website and any informational pages, demos, or forms provided on it (collectively, the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you become a paying customer of any Silverwolf product or service, the commercial relationship is governed by the separately executed Master Services Agreement ("MSA"), and the MSA controls in case of any conflict with these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial informational purposes and to inquire about our products. You agree not to (a) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without prior written permission, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account, (c) interfere with the Site by any automated means including crawling at unreasonable rates or denial-of-service techniques, or (d) use any contact, audit, or booking form to send spam or content that violates law.

2. Free site audit

The free site audit is provided as a courtesy. We use Google PageSpeed Insights and other automated tools to generate the report. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any audit result, and an audit does not constitute a security review or professional advice. You may submit only URLs you own or have explicit permission to scan.

3. Pricing and demos

Prices listed on the Site reflect our standard list pricing as of the date you access the Site. Discounts, bundles, and custom Statements of Work may apply to specific customers as separately agreed. Visiting the Site and reviewing pricing creates no contractual obligation. A binding agreement requires execution of an MSA or comparable signed contract.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, its content, and the underlying software are owned by Silverwolf or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any portion of the Site without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial review.

5. Third-party content and links

The Site may embed live demos of products we operate (sushinearme.online, learnnearme.app) and third-party services (Vimeo, Cal.com, Stripe checkout). Those third parties have their own terms; we are not responsible for the content or operation of any third-party service.

6. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SILVERWOLF AND ITS PRINCIPALS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100). FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS, THE LIABILITY CAP IN THE MSA APPLIES.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms is the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
